Sales Head

Sales manager needed for a leading medical equipment manufacturing firm in New Delhi.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform business decisions.

5. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.

6. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.

7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, ensuring that our sales team is equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven sales management experience, preferably in a related industry.
