Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Premium Membership Program (PMP) team. The Head PMP will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of premium subscribers, driving renewals, upgrades, client engagement, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management experience, and a deep understanding of long-term financial products and services.

Broader Role / Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the Premium Membership Program team based out of Mumbai.
  • Drive the vision and growth strategy for long-term subscription services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align PMP objectives with broader business goals.

Client Management

  • Oversee renewal and upgrade processes for existing premium subscribers.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with annual clients for upselling services like Dhanwaan, TTO, and Secrets.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the subscription lifecycle.

Sales Enablement & Communication

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of premium services to clients.
  • Drive client clarity and confidence by effectively communicating key benefits and insights.
  • Track and report progress made on conversions and account performance to stakeholders.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure 100% adherence to SEBI guidelines and internal compliance protocols.
  • Monitor documentation, disclosures, and client interactions to meet regulatory standards.

Performance & Reporting

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for individual and team performance.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance conversion rates, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and strategic inputs for leadership review.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 812 years of experience in sales/client relationship management, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and premium clients.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and subscription-based services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with SEBI regulations and financial advisory compliance standards
