NERVE CELL - ROLE PROFILE Job Title : Counsellor/ Sr. Counsellor - Nerve Cell Department : Nerve Cell Reports to (Job Title): Business Excellence - Bangalore Major Accountabilities The Nerve Cell identifies key topics for Ask-The-Expert (ATE) sessions, with at least two sessions before the Sales team presents to new, inexperienced clients. Additionally, the Nerve Cell provides support for issues like portfolio updates, dashboard access, and customer service difficulties, offering clients a personalized experience with a dedicated specialist who handles both market-related and operational concerns. The Nerve Cell is responsible for creating the 'Client Investor Profile,' which guides the strategic exchange of client information with the PMP Sales Counselor. This exchange covers the client's profile, investment behavior, capacity to invest, potential for higher-level services, and preferences during calls, ensuring a more tailored and effective client experience.
