Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our international rice sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, managing international clients, and driving business growth in key export markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies for rice exports.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and export regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve organizational targets.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
