Job Description

Looking for Sales Head role for well reputed Advertising Firm located in Faridabad.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Define and execute

    India + International sales strategy

  • Own

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    .
  • Build GTM strategies for:
    • Enterprise consulting & transformation programs
    • Retainer-based creative & marketing services
    • Media & performance mandates
    • SaaS-like subscription and packaged offerings
  • Translate the

    SYNC framework

    into a powerful, consultative sales narrative.

2. Zero-to-Scale Sales Organisation Building

  • Build the complete sales structure from ground up:
    • Enterprise Sales / Strategic Accounts
    • Inside Sales & Online Sales
    • Tele-callers / SDRs / Lead Qualifiers
    • Closers / Account Hunters
    • Sales Operations & Enablement
  • Design

    sales pods

    , reporting structures, KPIs, and incentive plans.
  • Scale headcount responsibly while maintaining productivity and ROI.

3. Enterprise, B2B & SaaS-Style Selling

  • Lead

    complex enterprise sales cycles

    involving CXOs, CMOs, CTOs, and founders.
  • Sell

    consultative, high-value solutions

    , not commodity services.
  • Drive

    SaaS-like B2B selling

    for packaged and subscription offerings.
  • Manage long sales cycles, RFPs, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and large deal closures.
  • Close high-ticket retainers and multi-crore mandates.

4. Lead Generation, Funnel & Conversion Engine

  • Build and optimise

    multi-channel lead generation

    :
    • Outbound (calling, LinkedIn, email)
    • Inbound (performance marketing, content, partnerships)
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise
  • Design and manage the

    end-to-end sales funnel

    :
    • Lead MQL SQL Proposal Closure Expansion
  • Track and improve conversion rates at every stage.

5. Sales Operations, CRM & Automation

  • Set up and scale

    sales operations infrastructure

    , including:
    • CRM (Bitrix24 / Zoho / HubSpot-style systems)
    • Lead routing & scoring
    • Automation workflows
    • Follow-up systems & reminders
    • Sales dashboards & forecasting
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, scripts, and proposal frameworks.
  • Ensure clean data, accurate pipeline visibility, and predictable forecasting.

6. India & International Market Expansion

  • Drive sales across

    India, GCC, UK, US, and other global markets

    .
  • Understand regional buying behavior, pricing, compliance, and expectations.
  • Build partnerships, channel sales, and alliances where relevant.
  • Handle international negotiations, contracts, and relationship management.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with:
    • SYNC delivery heads (Story, Yield, Network, Commerce)
    • Media & Performance teams
    • Strategy, Martech, and Analytics teams
  • Ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion post-closure.

8. Reporting, Forecasting & Leadership Visibility

  • Own sales reporting, forecasting, and revenue intelligence.
  • Present weekly/monthly dashboards to CGO and leadership.
  • Share market insights, pricing intelligence, and competitive learnings.
  • Continuously refine sales strategy based on data and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 814 years of experience in

    B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or agency sales leadership

    .
  • Proven experience

    building and scaling sales teams from zero

    .
  • Strong background in:
    • Enterprise & consultative selling
    • Online / inside sales models
    • Tele-calling and outbound sales engines
    • B2B SaaS or subscription-based selling
  • Hands-on experience setting up

    CRM, sales automation, and funnel management

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    India + international sales

    (GCC, UK, US preferred).
  • Experience selling marketing, media, digital, SaaS, martech, or consulting solutions.
