Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing sales campaigns, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• ROI-driven strategies for scaling company growth.
• Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, including product promotions, trade shows, and events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
• Manage sales data and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and follow-up communications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales coordination or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM software (for MIS and others ) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the [industry/field] is an asset
• Knowledge of sales principles and strategies
• Certification in sales coordination or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Coordinator)
