Job Description

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their sales skills and client management capabilities.
  • Establish a high-performance sales culture, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences in luxury real estate.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, offering personalized service and expert guidance throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Organize and lead meetings, property viewings, and events to showcase properties, negotiating and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring clients' satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy & Territory Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your designated territory to increase market share and revenue in the luxury real estate segment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of the product portfolio and provide clients with detailed information on properties, investment opportunities, and market conditions.

Business Development & Networking:

  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and luxury real estate expos to build brand awareness and attract new HNI/UHNI/NRI clients.
  • Develop a strong network of potential clients, partners, and influencers to expand the businesss reach within the luxury segment.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders such as wealth managers, financial advisors, and luxury service providers to generate leads and enhance client offerings.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with the luxury real estate market.
  • Provide input on digital marketing strategies, online presence, and property showcases tailored to high-net-worth individuals and NRI clients.
