Note: Candidates from developer backgrounds will not be considered. Only candidates with long-term tenure and growth within reputed Channel Partner firms will be eligible.

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead and scale our operations for a reputed Real Estate Channel Partner firm. The right candidate will have 7 to 10 years of continuous experience with a single channel partner organization, demonstrating loyalty, consistent performance, and proven leadership in sales management. Total Experience must be more than 12 Years.

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business across A-grade real estate projects in Mumbai and MMR, leading large teams, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales plans for A-grade real estate projects across multiple locations in Mumbai.
  • Lead end-to-end operations including lead generation, inside sales, field sales, closures, and payment collection.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Team Management & Growth
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a large sales team to maximize performance.
  • Build scalable processes to enhance sales productivity and team efficiency.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities for scaling up the sales teams performance.
  • Client & Market Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with developers, mandates, and channel networks while ensuring independence from developer-style processes.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across functions to improve lead quality, conversion, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of continuous experience in a single reputed Real Estate Channel Partner (Brokerage) firm.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and handling full-scale sales operations.
  • Strong expertise in mandate sales, retail brokerage, and channel partner operations.
  • In-depth understanding of MMR real estate markets (Thane, Navi Mumbai, KDMC, Western & Central suburbs, Pune preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
