Sales Expert

You are an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Expert / Jewellery Consultant joining the team in Indore. Your passion for jewellery, client engagement skills, and ability to deliver a luxury shopping experience while meeting sales targets are essential. You will greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and offer personalized jewellery recommendations. Your responsibilities include explaining product details, achieving sales targets, staying updated on collections and trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. Your role involves building long-term client relationships, managing queries and complaints efficiently, assisting with merchandising and stock management, and staying informed about new arrivals and promotions. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization on the sales floor is crucial. Requirements for this role include retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a professional appearance. You should be passionate about jewellery, fashion, and customer service, with basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Fluency in relevant languages is a plus. Education-wise, a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, while a diploma or certification in Retail Management, Gemology, or related fields is beneficial.
