Job Title: Jewelry Consultant Industry: Jewelry / Luxury Goods Location: Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full time Experience Required: 2 - 5 years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Jewelry Consultant to join our team and assist clients in selecting exquisite jewelry pieces while providing expert advice on styles, gemstones, materials, and customization options. You will also play a strategic role in enhancing the brand image and driving sales growth through exceptional customer experience and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding jewelry selection based on their needs, style preferences, and budget. Educate clients on different gemstones, metals, craftsmanship techniques, and certifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry trends, market pricing, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the sales and design team to suggest improvements or new product ideas based on client feedback. Assist in visual merchandising and showroom layout to maximize client engagement. Support B2B or B2C sales strategies as required (retail, exhibitions, wholesale, etc.). Handle after-sales service inquiries professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, styling advice, and invitations to brand events. Requirements: Proven experience in jewelry retail, consulting, or related luxury industries. Strong knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach. Certification in gemology or jewelry design (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills: GIA or IGI certification. Experience with luxury clientele or high-end fashion brands. Ability to manage social media or digital tools to support customer interaction. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
