Understand client requirements and create detailed candidate specifications. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, collect feedback, and manage offer closures. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Requirements: Graduation in any discipline. 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in non-IT recruitment. Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on multiple requirements with tight deadlines. Candidate should have a working laptop. Compensation & Work Details: Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives. Day Shift, 5.5 days working.
