Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist – Non-IT Profiles
Location: New Atish Market, Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Non-IT recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT profiles across various industries (FMCG, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Understand client requirements and create detailed candidate specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, collect feedback, and manage offer closures.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements with tight deadlines.
• Candidate should have a working laptop.

Compensation & Work Details:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives.
• Day Shift, 5.5 days working.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
