HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the education sector.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and specifications.

Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and AI-based recruitment tools. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring panels.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for future hiring needs.

Requirements

03 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the education or academic sector.

Master's degree in human resources or a related field.

Strong knowledge of job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and modern recruitment tools.

Familiarity with recruitment best practices and current market trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
