Job Summary: We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic BFSI Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance . The trainer will be responsible for preparing learners — including freshers and professionals — with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in BFSI roles. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training on core BFSI topics: retail banking, insurance and financial products. Develop and customize training content, case studies, and assessments. Train candidates on soft skills: communication, customer service, and sales techniques. Use digital tools (LMS, virtual classrooms) to enhance learning experience. Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and incorporate them into training. Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in BFSI industry or as a domain trainer. Strong knowledge of banking operations, insurance, and financial services. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with NISM/NCFM/IRDA certifications is a plus.
