Position Overview:

Sales Manager

You'll play a key role in driving business growth, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring efficient coordination between logistics, procurement, and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess strong working knowledge of steel products especially TMT Bars, MS Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Channels, I Beams, and MS Sheets (CR & HR).
• Generate new business leads through fieldwork, networking, and marketing strategies to drive consistent sales growth.
• Understand and manage customer requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth scheduling of dispatches.
• Develop and execute dispatch and transportation plans, maintaining high standards in quality, packaging, and documentation (MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit/Credit Notes).
• Monitor vehicle movement and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient deliveries.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance; coordinate with purchase teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations
• Ensure accurate tracking of premium freight charges and maintain transparency in all operational documentation.
• Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives to expand customer base and enhance brand visibility
