Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the steel industry. The ideal candidate must have 8 to 15 years of experience, with a strong background in TMT Bars and other raw steel products. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, client management, and market expansion. The candidate should be well-versed in managing dispatch operations, sales documentation, and customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in driving business growth, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring efficient coordination between logistics, procurement, and client servicing teams. Salary Range: Based on current CTC and performance during the interview. Key Responsibilities: Possess strong working knowledge of steel productsespecially TMT Bars, MS Billets, Blooms, Ingots, Channels, I Beams, and MS Sheets (CR & HR). Generate new business leads through fieldwork, networking, and marketing strategies to drive consistent sales growth. Understand and manage customer requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth scheduling of dispatches. Develop and execute dispatch and transportation plans, maintaining high standards in quality, packaging, and documentation (MRN/GRN, LR, E-Way Bills, Debit/Credit Notes). Monitor vehicle movement and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient deliveries. Analyze market trends and sales performance; coordinate with purchase teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations Ensure accurate tracking of premium freight charges and maintain transparency in all operational documentation. Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives to expand customer base and enhance brand visibility
