Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy

  : Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets for solar products like PV modules, inverters, and balance-of-system components.

• Market Expansion

  : Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

• Client Relationship Management

  : Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, EPCs, and distributors.

• Sales Pipeline Management

  : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identify leads, and close deals to ensure consistent growth.

• Contract Negotiation

  : Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and satisfaction.

• Technical Support

  : Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product info and support during pre- and post-sales phases.

• Market Intelligence

  : Keep up with market trends, competition, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Reporting & Forecasting

  : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to optimize processes.

Key Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Focus on renewable energy is a plus.

• Experience

  : Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in solar/renewable energy.

• Technical Knowledge

  : Solid understanding of solar products like PV modules, inverters, and batteries.

• Skills

  : Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
