Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
• Generate new leads and nurture relationships with international clients.
• Understand client requirements and promote VBS’s BIM and engineering services.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in international B2B sales (preferably in AEC or Engineering services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working in the US/UK shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
