Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Interior Design

About Us:
We are a reputed interior design company seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and furniture market.

· Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable design solutions.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

· Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

· Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Sales Manager).

· 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or related industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English + local language preferred).

· Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.

· Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
