Strategic Account Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Wisefolks' comprehensive communication, digital, creative, events, and capacity-building services. Project Oversight: Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, video, social media, sales) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations and project objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance, analyze client feedback, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing our value and results. Problem Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of client service. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, client industries, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and identify new avenues for partnership. Requirements Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in key account management, client servicing, or business development roles within the media and entertainment industry. Industry Background: Prior experience working with or within media houses, production houses, YouTube channels, radio channels, or PR agencies is highly preferred. Client Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, client lifecycle management, and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
