Job Title: Female Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description:

A reputed Interior Design company seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Candidate Profile:

Female Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relations / Client Management / Sales.
Excellent command of English – both spoken and written.
Pleasing personality with a passion for interior design and client engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A natural flair for selling and relationship-building.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of client handling

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client interactions with professionalism and confidence.
Handle client inquiries independently and guide them through the sales process.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams.
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
Maintain client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
