Job Description

As a part of Guardian Angel Home Care (GAHC), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met. Your role will involve converting enquiry calls, briefing services offered by the company to potential clients, and inviting them for face-to-face discussions. You will also be required to maintain accurate client records, arrange for skilled visits and consultations, and coordinate with the Quality and Operations teams for patient assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand and address their needs effectively - Convert enquiry calls and provide detailed information about services offered - Maintain accurate client records and communicate any changes to the care team - Coordinate skilled visits, therapy sessions, and consultations based on enquiries - Prepare Client Services Agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed - Resolve any client issues or concerns regarding home healthcare services - Monitor client satisfaction through emails and reviews, taking proactive steps for improvement - Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality care for clients - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and growth - Ensure all dues are cleared upon Care Closure and update necessary records Qualifications Required: - Minimum Degree with excellent communication and convincing skills Additional Company Details: GAHC (www.gahc.co.in) is a professional organization known for delivering quality home healthcare services.
