Job Description

As a professional at Guardian Angel Home Care (GAHC), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Converting enquiry calls received at the Front Office - Briefing the services offered by the Company to Enquiry clients over the phone and inviting them to the office for a face-to-face discussion on services, Terms & Conditions, Rates, and Public Holidays List - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records for enquiries, Registered Clients, and a list of Active patients - Arranging skilled visits, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy sessions, and Doctors consultations against enquiries and making entries of the visits in Scheduling and Accounting software - Coordinating with the Quality Team and Operations team for the conduct of Initial Assessment of the patient at home - Preparing the Client Services Agreement and getting it signed by the Client Representative and the Branch Manager, and filing it in the individual patient file - Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their home healthcare services - Monitoring client satisfaction by checking client emails and Google reviews regularly and taking proactive steps to improve the overall client experience - Working closely with the care team and visiting clients to ensure they receive high-quality care meeting their individual needs - Providing regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth - Ensuring all dues are cleared and updating the same in the Care closure form and intimating the Operations team on Care Closure To excel in this role, you must have a Minimum Degree with excellent communication and convincing skills. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages is required, and a Driving Licence is preferred.
