Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets for solar products such as PV modules, inverters, and balance-of-system components. - **Market Expansion:** Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including developers, EPCs, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships. - **Sales Pipeline Management:** Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identify potential leads, and successfully close deals to ensure continuous business growth. - **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. - **Technical Support:** Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information and support during pre- and post-sales phases. - **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - **Reporting & Forecasting:** Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize processes for better results. Qualifications required for this role include: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A focus on renewable energy is considered a plus. - **Experience:** Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the solar or renewable energy industry. - **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of solar products like PV modules, inverters, and batteries. - **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, with a strong emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction.
