Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The role focuses on leveraging sales strategies to foster growth and develop strong client relationships within the marketing services industry. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques that effectively open doors to new business opportunities. Exceptional communication skills that facilitate clear and impactful interactions with clients and team members. Proven experience in client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Capable of building strong client relationships through consistent and trustworthy engagements. Skilled at delivering persuasive sales presentations that effectively convey value propositions. Proficient in negotiation (Mandatory skill), adept at closing deals that are mutually beneficial and meet set objectives. Experience in B2B sales processes (Mandatory skill), with a focus on understanding and meeting client business needs. A driven and motivated approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals.
