Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Zenbuzz Media, headquartered in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a significant role in driving sales and enhancing our marketing strategies to expand our brand's reach. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies, ensuring effective sales funnel management (Mandatory skill). Experienced in sales pipeline management with the ability to maintain a healthy and productive pipeline (Mandatory skill). Demonstrated ability as a persuader, capable of influencing decision-makers in a variety of contexts (Mandatory skill). Experience with CRM software to effectively manage and analyze customer data for targeted marketing. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage with a diverse audience. Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment and contribute to team goals and success. Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and developing appropriate sales and marketing strategies. Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels and initiatives. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead generation methods. Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records and track sales activities. Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and customer preferences. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
