Location: PanchkulaJobType: full-timeAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Present products or services clearly and persuasively, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, support, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and long-term retention
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review
