Job Summary:

The IT Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for IT products and services. This role involves a combination of marketing activities, lead generation, and sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote IT products and services.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Create marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage and educate the target audience.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize online content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase online visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles to engage with followers, share relevant content, and drive traffic.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies, including landing pages, lead magnets, and webinars.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads generated through marketing efforts to ensure they meet the criteria for potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand clients' business objectives and IT requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proposal and Quote Generation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful IT sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  • Previous experience in B2B or enterprise-level IT sales and marketing.
  • Strong network of contacts in the IT industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
