Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible standards.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and mobile-first design.
Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive layouts.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
