Job Description

Position Title:

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling uPVC profiles to various clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and individual homeowners. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the uPVC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the construction and building materials industry.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the companys uPVC profiles and accessories, including features, benefits, and applications.
    • Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding product selection and installation.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of uPVC profiles.
  • Sales Targets:

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of client inquiries.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry; experience with uPVC products is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:

  • Field-based position with a mix of office and on-site client visits.
  • May require working outside of regular hours depending on client availability and events.
