His responsibility is go to the market find out the clients, generates leads, provide required quotations or offer, and follow up them up to the close the deal, keep in touch with clients and maintain good relation for future business, Keep Finding new Architect consultants from the marketplace, give them brief details about our brand and products, specify our products in their requirements (BOQ) and Put our brand name in their make list to their current and future Projects. Also meet Governments sector clients or Contractors and specify our brand for their requirements, find out contractors who's involved in governments contracting those gives us good business. Candidates have a good hold and connect with PMC, Architects consultant and corporate clients. Also capable of handling the team and achieved the desired business targets. Go to the different locations nearby given areas where we find opportunities to visit clients personally, provide samples, give product technical details, get future job updates, take references, maintain good relations and keep in touch. Preferred candidate profile Candidate required from Building material background with Projects sales and Institutional sales experience , Minimum experience required 10 to 20 years, Required good knowledge of market, have good contacts of architect, PMC, Contractors, Builders, Turnkey interior contractors, Governments bodies, Government contractor. The candidate required capability to keep our brand in the place where everyone knows about it.
