Position: Sales Engineer PLC / Industrial Automation Location: Nasik Experience: 5 Years CTC: As per industry standards Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Servo Systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, Messung NexGen, etc.) Visit manufacturing, process, and OEM clients to understand automation requirements and propose suitable solutions Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per business plan Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, demos, and after-sales support Conduct product demos, seminars, and training sessions Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Delta, etc.) Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and automation requirements Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualification Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation / PLC Sales
