The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, building relationships with Parent/Guardians, and achieving sales targets.*Key Responsibilities:*🙌🏻1. *Lead Generation & Prospecting* - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (online, networking, referrals) - Qualify leads based on their educational needs and budget2. *Sales Presentations & Consultations* - Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients (parents, schools, or institutions) - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tutoring services3. *Client Relationship Management* - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide continuous support and guidance to clients during and after the sales process4. *Sales Negotiation & Closing* - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients - Close deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and formalities are completed5. *Achieving Sales Targets* - Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs - Regularly report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team6. *Market Research & Competitor Analysis* - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer demands - Use insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities7. *Collaboration & Feedback* - Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to optimize sales efforts and improve service delivery - Provide client feedback to help refine TutorX’s services and offerings8. *Post-Sale Support & Upselling* - Ensure smooth transition for clients after the sale and deliver exceptional customer service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional tutoring services*_What We Offer:_* 🏡1.
