Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase industrial equipment/machinery solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to provide technical support and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales pitches for maximum impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (industrial products/services).
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, machinery sales, equipment sales, technical sales, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
