Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for wood glues, edge bands, plywood, and laminates in the Mumbai region.

Identify and establish new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and timely delivery of products.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market dynamics to remain competitive in the market.
