About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and promoting T4Tender.com’s tender consulting, bidding support, documentation, and advisory services. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
• Explain T4Tender.com services such as tender alerts, documentation support, bidding assistance, GEM services, and consulting packages.
• Convert inbound/outbound leads into paid subscribers.
• Maintain and grow the client database through proactive follow-ups.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service brochures to potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal tender experts for client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Represent the company in events, expos, and client meetings (if required).
