Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: work from home Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets with a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required. Provide timely feedback and market insights to management. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Good presentation skills. Customer relationship management. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
