Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the firm’s legal and compliance services, identifying potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand and explain legal solutions in simple business terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (startups, MSMEs, corporates, and individuals).
  • Promote legal, compliance, and business registration services (e.g., company formation, trademark, GST, contracts, legal drafting, etc.).
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain CRM data, prepare daily/weekly sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the legal and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and client meetings to represent the firm.
  • Understand client pain points and suggest appropriate legal solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in legal or consulting sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of business compliance and legal documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly revenue target achievement.
  • Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rate.
  • Follow-up and response efficiency.
