Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at our Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business in India, you will be a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities within the solar market, both commercial and industrial. - Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and develop tailored sales strategies. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on solar solutions. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - Assist customers in selecting appropriate solar products and services based on their needs and budget. - Present and negotiate pricing proposals, contracts, and terms to prospective clients. - Close sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in the CRM system. - Provide regular sales reports for management and track progress toward targets. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
