Role Overview

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists.
Pitch SocialWoshal’s digital marketing services: Website Design, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media.
Send customized email proposals to potential clients.
Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain and update lead tracker sheets with call outcomes and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings/demos for the Founder or senior sales team.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation & conversion targets.
Contribute ideas for new markets, outreach strategies, and promotional offers.

🛠️

Requirements

0.6–2 years of experience in sales/tele-calling/client servicing.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with cold-calling and rejection handling.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services preferred (training will be provided).
Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Sheets.
