The agency empowers brand communication with its audience through 360-degree strategies. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Socialwoshal. The role entails managing day-to-day digital marketing tasks, including social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics to enhance brand engagement and interaction with potential customers. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, and performance benchmarks Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments Track daily campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement real-time optimizations Analyze campaign results through Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal review and client meetings Collaborate with the design, website, and content teams for campaign creatives and landing pages Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices Assist in building proposals, performance forecasts, and strategies for new client pitches Skills & Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager Experience in setting up campaigns from scratch, structuring ad sets, and audience targeting Ability to optimize campaigns towards CPL, ROAS, or lead generation KPIs Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Certifications (not mandatory): Google Ads Certification Meta Blueprint Certification Qualifications Marketing and Communication skills Social Media Marketing skills Web Content Writing and Web Analytics skills Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Certifications in digital marketing are a plus Show more Show less
