About the Role

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Present and explain projects to prospective clients and channel partners.
  • Manage client and channel partner databases with timely follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into successful closures through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with legal, project, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
  • Deliver impactful client presentations and maintain updated MIS reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale assistance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education:

     BBA / MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

     5+ years in real estate sales (experience with reputed developers preferred).
  • Languages:

     Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Skills:

     Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities; proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and MS Workspace.
  • Other:

     Stable career history (no frequent job changes); presentable and client-oriented.
