Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with senior architects and project teams to refine and update received designs.

• Design and develop initial concepts and proposals

  for projects before they are presented to senior architects for finalisation.
• Prepare, develop and modify

  plans, layouts, and working drawings

  in line with

  GDCR norms

  and other local regulations.
• Create

  presentations, plans, elevations and visuals

  for marketing materials, brochures, and approvals.
• Ensure all drawings and proposals are accurate, clear, and properly formatted for approvals and internal use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  (mandatory) and familiarity with GDCR/AUDA/AMC norms.
• Minimum 2–3 years of architectural experience in real estate or architectural firms.
• Strong design sensibility, ability to produce multiple concepts quickly, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with project managers, engineers, and marketing teams.
