Location: Pune PCMC

Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pilot sales operations in assigned regions to test market strategies and product performance.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of pilot projects.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle order processing, payment collections, and stock management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail networks.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to travel extensively for market visits and pilot projects.
