About the Role

E-commerce & Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management:
Manage and optimize online business operations, including product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
Sales & Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports on sales performance and key metrics.
Onboarding:
Handle product and brand onboarding processes on various e-commerce platforms.
Inventory & Order Management:
Monitor inventory levels and oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process.
Performance Optimization:
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier college.
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in e-commerce, data analytics, or a similar role.
Skills:

Strong analytical skills
with a proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports.
Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting is a must.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
