Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Call new leads received through digital and non-digital advertisements and explain our products and services.
  2. Persuade potential customers to subscribe to our services.
  3. Answer customer calls professionally to take or cancel orders, or to gather details regarding inquiries or complaints.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and the actions taken.
  5. Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved appropriately.
  7. Escalate unresolved complaints or special requests to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  8. Share feedback and suggestions with management based on customer interactions to improve services.
  9. Inform the Reporting Manager about recurring or serious issues affecting the customer experience.
  10. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  11. Ensure all tasks and customer queries are resolved within the defined timelines.
