As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to lead the company's expansion efforts across India. The ideal candidate should have a background in the non-metallic mineral sector, particularly in Kaolin, Talc, or Calcium Carbonate. Your role will emphasize selling raw minerals to industrial buyers and manufacturers in sectors such as Paints & Coatings, Paper & Board, and Inks. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new market opportunities within the Paper, Paints, Coatings, and Ink industries across India. - Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for Kaolin and other mineral products that align with company objectives and customer requirements. - Engage and onboard key industrial buyers, including manufacturers, processors, and distributors. - Manage a robust sales pipeline through customer research, referrals, cold calls, and networking at trade events. - Set sales forecasts, KPIs, and ensure the attainment of quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer needs align with product delivery. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and raw material shifts to identify risks and opportunities. - Prepare market intelligence reports and contribute to long-term strategic planning. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. - Work closely with leadership to influence future business plans and establish yourself as a key sales leader within the organization. Candidate Requirements: - 6 to 10 years of demonstrated B2B industrial sales experience in non-metallic minerals like Kaolin, Calcium Carbonate, or Talc. - Proven track record in selling raw materials to the paints, coatings, ink, or paper industries. - Strong understanding of the technical aspects and industrial applications of non-metallic minerals. - Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen. - Willingness to travel nationwide as per business requirements. - Based in Ahmedabad or open to relocation.
