Job Title : Sales Executive - Retail Location : Bhilai Powerhouse (C.G) Job Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with customers, meet their needs, and help achieve sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the store. Key Responsibilities : 1. Customer Engagement: - Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs. - Provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions. - Assist customers in making purchases by providing personalized recommendations. 2. Sales Performance: - Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers. - Track sales performance and report on daily/weekly sales metrics. 3. Product Knowledge: - Stay informed about product features, benefits, and inventory. - Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - Share knowledge with customers to enhance their buying experience. 4. Store Maintenance: - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory audits. - Ensure that all products are properly labeled and displayed. 5. Customer Service: - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty. 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with other sales team members to support a positive team environment. - Collaborate with management on store promotions, events, and visual merchandising. Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (2-5 years preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Basic math skills and proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Skills : - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused with a passion for selling. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated and results-driven.
