Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, fostering strong relationships with customers, and promoting company products. The day-to-day tasks will include prospecting for new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and providing insights to refine sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Sales and relationship-building skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Familiarity with industry trends and product knowledge, particularly in the construction or manufacturing sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and maintaining sales pipelines
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve client challenges effectively
