We offer customized brick solutions to meet the unique needs of each construction project. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kiln Manager located in Mumbai. The Kiln Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kiln, ensuring the efficient and smooth production of bricks. Responsibilities include monitoring kiln temperatures and conditions, managing kiln workers, adhering to safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting any operational issues. The Kiln Manager will also be responsible for maintaining records of kiln operations and coordinating with other departments to ensure productivity and quality. Qualifications Operational Skills: Experience in kiln operations, temperature monitoring, and working with modern brick manufacturing machinery Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, excellent organizational skills, and maintain safety standards Technical Skills: Knowledge of kiln troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality control systems General Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Mumbai Beneficial Skills: Experience in the wall, floor, slab, gvt, parking, duble charge tiles &red brick manufacturing industry, knowledge of sustainability practices, and understanding of Chinese machinery
